Upon cancelling your account, We will allow a 30-day grace period in which you will be able to reactivate your account and restore your data.

The Corporation provides access to third-party Merchants. Transactions are at your own risk. The Corporation uses AptPay as its payment processor but is not liable for any Merchant actions or damages.
Merchant policies apply while on their sites. The Corporation is not responsible for any content or actions taken by Merchants.
User may be required to submit personal identification documents. These are stored offline by third parties. The Corporation is not liable for data breaches or disclosure caused by third parties.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Legal claims must be brought within six months. All disputes will be handled in Toronto, Ontario.
